Haven't used yet but looks good and I've always been happy with other products from CPA. Only issue is that despite requesting a 7.5 tonne truck for delivery a large wagon was sent. Fortunately delivery driver went above and beyond and got the pallet on to my drive anyway.

Second order from here. This time the bed and border mix. Once again more than happy with my load. The delivery driver went over and beyond to get our bag up our steep drive.
I will be ordering from here again.

Premium beds and borders soil is lovely to use. Excellent soil mix, clean, friable and weed-free. Highly recommended.
Only recommendation is that the delivery method for such material, (which by definition is to be used in a garden), should be by way of more robust fork-lift truck or similar, instead of hand-propelled pallet truck with very small wheels that cannot cope with slopes, small kerbs or anything rougher than smooth concrete or tarmac. The delivery driver did his best but the equipment was not appropriate for the task.

Excellent, as always. We've been working on a project since March, through lockdown and CPA have been prompt, professional and delivered a great service throughout.
Maritime pine chippings are excellent and their play sand is beautiful - pale yellow and pure.
Our delivery area is tricky and their couriers were happy to be flexible.

I tried one bag from CPA and one from another supplier.
I ordered 2 more bags from CPA as there was such a difference in quality but not in price between the products of the two suppliers.
I was paying for freshly packed, friable, weed-free topsoil rather than 30% sand in mouldy old bags.

Sadly after two promises of delivery still not received top soil,I will be contacting your office tomorrow for a full refund and compensation as I’ve had to pay a person who waited for the promised delivery .

Very disappointing product. I ordered 3 bulk bags and was surprised and dismayed by the huge (15-20cm) lumps of clay within each of them. This made it very difficult to use - not ‘easy to use’ as the product description claims. I have photos if anyone from CPA is interested in seeing them.
The delivery was a fiasco. It arrived well over a week after it was originallly scheduled - after 3 failed delivery ‘promises’.
