Very good quality product.
Delivery was good and driver was helpful. However it would have been good to have more communication about the delivery and at the very least a text or phone call to let me know when it was arriving. I was not given a hour’s notice as promised. Also unfortunate that there’s no way to unload on to gravel or grass. Other than that no complaints.

Great product, this is my second order. Used on old garden beds, looks great but most importantly has reduced weeds significantly. Latest order for new beds to support newly planted shrubs with moisture retention and suppress weeds.
Shame about the delivery company, not reliable. 6 messages informing of repeated delays. So a delayed delivery, spoils the overall experience.

Simple order process, fast delivery.
Easily handled and spread, gives a very aesthetically pleasing finish to beds. Now waiting to see if it does job as well as I expect.
Have used a different product for mulching for a few years, but that has shown a tendency to form a cap which rain doesn't penetrate easily. I can't see mulched bark fines having this problem.

The composted bark fines are the good quality I was looking for. Time will tell if they help my clay soil, but they are easy to transport and look great on my flowerbeds so far. Delivery driver was very helpful

Beautiful stuff. Composted bark fines are fantastic if you have heavy clay... and after about 2 years our soil is improved beyond recognition. Prompt, always good quality and lovely delivery drivers. Can't be beaten and worth every penny

This product is excellent - used to mulch our new garden which underwent a massive redesign. Will also use to mulch the allotment as it is a good soil improver being done and well composted - looks fabulous in the garden nice and dark and small pieces. CPA was super efficient from the online ordering system to the office and the drivers were efficient and gave 30 minutes notice as promised. Will use CPA again for sure

Wonderful composted bark. CPA kept me updated re delivery, which was relatively quick (1 week).
70 litre bags make them ‘ok’ for lifting by one person.

Very pleased - delivery arrived on the day scheduled. Helpful guy, put the pallet alongside garage for easy unloading.
Product as described, really pleased that I bought it in bags rather than bulk. It can be distributed around garden as required.
As everyone has said, lovely product for covering borders and groundcover. Retains moisture, so lets see how the plants (and weeds) react.

A lovely composted compost. The dark finely graded bark compost has provided an excellent mulch and improved the visual aspect of the beds. The product is well described and what was expected. Quick delivery of 10 bags on a palette.

Excellent as a mulch, looks and smells amazing. I bought this for the first time this year to help conserve moisture and improve the texture of my heavy clay soil. Applied it in early March, which was just as well as it didn't rain again until May. Did its job very well and plants are definitely happier than usual.

We have used many different mulches in the past ,but we will only buy this one from now on. Yes it is little more expensive but it is so much better than anything else we have used. It is fantastic. Normally the birds are picking at the mulch and leaving a mess on the paths but not with this one. In fact we are going to order another bag now.
Also the delivery driver was excellent and dropped it right by the back gate.

Great product. I used it to cover wild flower seeds in a garden I built in Norfolk and it worked perfectly. Light and easy to spread, retains the right amount of water and work well to amend an alkaline pH.

2nd time I have used CPA Horticulture this year. The bark is good quality is great in bags as easy to carry to where you want it. The delivery was on time and the driver did an excellent job reversing about 100 yards down the cull-du-sac to our gate.

I can't vouch for its effects yet as I have only just received it but this seems to be lovely stuff - dark and sweet smelling but very light. The delivery man couldn't have been more helpful.
I was very pleased with the mushroom compost that I had earlier in the year, so have come back for this.

I started using composted bark 20 years ago and this product and company are absolutely fantastic it looks great on the borders and darkens when it rains and the smell is so lovely you want to sit in the garden even in the rain can’t recommend this product enough and the company are good to delivery on time and very pleasant delivery driver Do Not even think of using the wooden bark pieces absolutely terrible this product is a bit pricey but well worth the investment if you love your garden.

Really, really lovely soil improver compost. Very dark and rich, yet nice and light to carry to the garden in bags. Am using it to improve some heavy clay soil, and am hugely impressed so far.
