Product is good quality and exactly as advertised. The delivery lead time was short and it arrived when expected. Only complaint is that I requested a small lorry delivery but it it arrived on a large lorry which couldn't access where I wanted to store it - instead it was dumped on my drive and caused much unnecessary effort to be able to use it.

Delivered very efficiently by the driver who placed tonne bag exactly where we needed it.
Unfortunately the bag of wood mulch had a lot of plastic rubbish in it which we had to pick out whilst laying it in the garden.

The mulch is perfect! At the right stage of decomposition and so easy to handle. It works brilliantly for the paths on my wet and heavy clay soil. I am hoping to let it gradual breakdown and mix into the clay over time, adding a bit more organic matter and hopefully better soil drainage and handling.
